This is an extract from China’s Defence Minister Speech in 2005. This CCP plan was developed in 1992 after the fall of Soviet Union.

The 3 Main Points of the Plan:

• • Create Living space in other countries & take their land;
  • Control People, send them outside China, get them to steal technology
  • Become Lord of the Earth by finishing off US & colonizing US, Canada & Australia.

The 3 main events in the speech are

• 1989 - Tiananmen Square protest
  1991 - Fall of the Soviet Union.
  1995 - Secret meeting of 500 global leaders to reduce 80% of world population (attended by USSR, US top people like Gorbachev, Thatcher, Tony Blair, Gorge Bush, Bill Gates etc in the San Francisco Fairmont hotel in 1995).

• • Francisco Fairmont hotel meet is a true event described by Hans-Peter Martin, who was one of three journalists to be allowed to take part in all activities at the Fairmont convention, was a member of the European Parliament.   • The concept of NEW china came after a lot of brainstorming after Tiananmen Square Protest.
  
  • One Country Two Systems to trap US investments in China via Hong Kong started operating in Year 1997.
  
  • Lead the Chinese people outside of China – This is true, restrictions on Chinese to travel out of China were removed by Beijing since 1995. As of Jan 2020 Chinese people have visa on arrival access to 71 countries in the world.
  
  • The Great Wall Project” to build along China's coastal and land frontiers – this is true, he is talking about the String of Pearls Strategy aimed at India, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines & Malaysia.

  The complex is supposed to withstand nuclear, chemical & biological attack. Nobody knows if there are any other underground cities in China. Dixia Cheng is closed since 2008 for tourist because of “renovation” for 12 yrs?. This 12 yrs is like 50yrs for other countries!
  
  • Numerous overseas Chinese will help China – This is true. There have been numerous espionage cases, even theft of weaponized viruses have been reported in US & Canada. Chinese scientists & research students have been regularly caught stealing Aircraft designs, nuclear designs and other similar highly sensitive documents from US to China. Yet US & other western countries stupidly still allow large number of Chinese students into its top research facilities.
  
  • Chinese people will need better living spaces than what exists in China. China plans to occupy countries like US, Canada, Australia, Japan, India, Vietnam, Taiwan etc.
  
  • The assumption that once US has been defeated, all other nations will bow to China is completely true. Without US nobody will even dare to talk to China.
  
  • The advice to CCP comrades to talk of peace while planning war with that country.
  
  • To put on a smiling face even to please the Americans till goals are achieved. To say they are interdependent on each other when it is not so.
  
  • Talk about Taiwan but plan to attack US.
  
  • To drive out all Americans from US.
  
  • China did not build huge aircraft ships which are expensive but are instead researching bio-weapon viruses. This is true because such a big country like China has just 2 Aircraft carriers.
  
  • Recognising Bio-Weapons are best suited to China’s needs. China is advancing on Bio-Weapon warfare. This is true because there have been cases of theft of weaponised viruses from labs in US & Canada.
  
  • China is ready to sacrifice half their population.
  
  • Chinese in US will also be killed because they will be a problem to CCP.
  
  • China thinks that time is running out. The attack will happen 10-15 yrs after 2005.

In the case of China salami slicing is a series of many small actions, often performed by clandestine means, where the accumulated whole produces a much larger result that would be unlawful to perform all at once.

China also uses this tactics in spying by getting many people to get small information which by itself may not be illegal but the accumulated information would be unlawful to perform all at once.

China has learned that it can gain and occupy territory

• by claiming it by war
  or direct incursions and by squatting on the territory by its soldiers.

China shares its borders with 14 countries
But Has major disputes with 17 countries!

China is the only country which has disputes with all its neighbours.

China has plans to:

• • Bind Europe with contracts of Road, Rail and Sea with China
  • Entice it with the benefits of 60% of World Trade.
  • Then China will launch a huge attack on US with Bioweapons

It is not very uncommon for China to make historical claims to large parts of countries which could have been lost hundreds of years ago. Yet China has the audacity to claim it as its own today.

They claim when these countries were powerful then they took Chinese land and now when China is powerful they want it back. This is a very illogical way of thinking or talking.

China even thinks that America was discovered by a Chinese and so America belongs to China.

China has a long history in taking land. China was just one third of its current size before it started its incursion into neighbouring country.

• 1) First the CCP kicked out the Kuomintang Nationalists (ROC - Republic of China) and captured part of southern China. This gave them 25% land of current China. What is remaining of Kuomintang or Republic of China - is Taiwan.
  
  2) In 1945 after WW2 China got Japanese Colony of Manchuria
  
  3) In the late summer of 1949, the People's Liberation Army drove into the Hexi Corridor in Gansu Province and pressed toward Muslim majority East Turkestan and made it Xinjiang. This added 15% more land to CCP China. Uyghurs of Xinjiang are still fighting to separate from China after so many years.
  
  4) In 1960 China gobbled up a big country called Tibet and the king of Tibet the Dalai Lama had to flee to India to save himself and runs an ornamental “exile” government from Dharamshala, in Himachal Pradesh in India. All these capture of land illegally is termed by China as “Incorporation of territories into China”
  
  5) In1962 China literally walked into Aksai Chin of Jammu and Kashmir State in India.
  
  6) In 1999 China hit jackpot when it got Portuguese colony Macau which is known as the gambling capital of the world and the British colony Hong Kong the financial capital of Asia. Both were already very well developed.
  
  Hong Kong doesn’t accept the Chinese version of Communist governance and pro-democracy protests has happened frequently.
  
  7) China has also been busy capturing islands in the sea:
